So sorry if this question has been asked before but I am lost. I just want to create an osm rectangular area with the highest resolution to use as a basemap. I need this basemap to be in JPEG format. Is there a simple way with limited tools?

Not directly for a JPEG format, but a few options to consider here which may do the job OSM on Paper
