Hi, my name is Natalia Bergada and I live in Arroyo Dulce, Buenos Aires, Argentina. I can find the town in OSM but I don't see the names of the streets. Since I have this information I would like to know how to add it to your site. Looking forward to receiving your reply, Natalia.

¡Bienvenida Natalia! Great that you want to help OSM! You may want to use a printout of Field Papers to simply use a pen to note down the street names while walking around your town. Please note that, in general, we are not allowed to use other maps (for example printed maps or google maps) to collect the names. — Walking around in your town is more error-free, healthier and more fun anyway. :-) See how-do-i-get-started-with-openstreetmap for how to start editing OSM in general. Welcome. Luckily the Ariel images of your town are quite good which means you can map without a gps.
The beginners guide in the wiki is the best place to start. This is a screen image using Potlatch2 editor of part of your town with new street which would need tagging or naming. I created the way (our name for a line ) which can represent a roads, a path, a stream, a coastline or a part of a building.

For a street to appear in OSM someone has to draw it using one of the editors (iD, Potlatch2 or JOSM for example) for it to have the correct name someone as to go and read the street sign and having noted it,or maybe you just know it, Then one of the editors are used to add the name, the type of street also as to be selected. This is in the wiki as already answered.
I received a couple of replies but they are not accurate since these streets are not mentioned. The task is not changing the names. The names would be written for the first time. If you send me an email address I can scan the map and send it attached to a message. Looking forward to hearing from you, Natalia.

Natalia, it would probably be best if you created an account on the site and added the streets yourself, as you live in that area and are familiar with it.
