[closed] satelite image and shape files

Hi. I want to upload 2 satellite images which are belongs to same area but in different years and after that I want to make a panel for it and I want to add some layers on the images

This is not really an OpenStreetMap question. OpenStreetMap does not have capabilities for uploading satellite images. OpenLayers support is available on the OpenLayers mailing lists linked from http://openlayers.org/.
