Nominatim api problem

HI I have used your address lookup Api in my project and worked fine but a couple of day back it is no working. I am giving API detail below (http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse?format=xml&lat=".$latitude."&lon=".$longitude."&zoom=18&addressdetails=1).

so just check out and give me some suggestion.

One Answer:

There are two possible causes for your issue:

there were some technical issues roughly 2-3 days back and the system was very slow
your application has been blocked for not following the nominatim usage policy http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim_usage_policy
