Last day in month (without weekday)

Good day. How do I set the last day in month without setting any weekday in opening hours? Because I want to add a timetable where only 1 day in month (probably the last) the service is off. Thanks for your answer.

And also how is it possible to set the last certain weekday for the whole year? Should I use months in this case like Jan-Dec Th[-1]? Or just Th[-1]?
