Hello, how should I map this artificial hill? Its main purpose is to cover the noise from the railway.

I would draw a way around the ridge and tag as an embankment. Be sure to draw the line in an anticlockwise direction as the low side is to the right of the direction of travel with this tag.

I would also probably tag a tree row or treed area along the top.

Hi, as newv stated, but don’t close the area. http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/52.29452/5.08523 and leave a tiny space in between the ends. Try it before you decide.

You don't need to leave a gap. You just need to use two ways.

That shouldn't be necessary, if it is it looks like a rendering bug ?
