How can I cut a road to build a roundabout? Thanks

This depends on your editor. In JOSM you select the node(s) where you want to cut and the way you want to cut and hit "p" (or select split way from the menu). Multiple selections you do holding "shift" or "ctrl". In Potlatch there is a button to do it (the one with the scissors) or you hit "x". Most of the functionality and some tutorials of these editors are described in the wiki:
