OS Opendata streetview not working?

Hi all, Why is the OS opendata streetview background layer not working anymore? All the other OS layers still work, it's just the OS opendata streetview one that is not working. The website http://os.openstreetmap.org/ appears to be down. Has the OS decided to stop giving access to OSM mappers?
