want to merge tiles of different jpg images and show it on map

I want to add multiple layers which uses the locally stored tiles to OSM/openLayer. I am able to add single layer which uses the locally stored tiles (tiles are created using gdal2tiles of jpg image). Now I have generated tiles for multiple jpg images. And want to show it as online dynamik map like osm.org. Any one has an idea about this?

So you want to use your assembled tiles as a kind of (transparent?) overlay to an OSM based map?

Do you neet a static solution or a dynamic map like on osm.org? online or offline solution?
