simple question how do i create a gpx file ? is there any app for iphone, android etc ? |

We have a Wiki page on iOS and one on Android - both list available software, and if you look at the "make track" column you will find those applications highlighted that can record GPS tracks (which will mostly be done in GPX format). Of course the "classic" way of making GPX files is with a standalone GPS device which will even today give superior results compared to smartphones. |
