Please describe what you mean with "open that tiles in to openstreetmap". What are you trying to achieve exactly?

I have tiles (all in tif format), Now my next step is to merge those tiles and render it in to map. So how can I achieve this?

The switch2osm "using tiles" section may be able to help - although that rather assumes that you've got tiles in the same projection as OSM uses.
