If you're referring to this changeset, I'm sure that someone would be able to revert it - but you'll need to confirm that that is indeed the one with the changes that need undoing.

I presume you mean this changeset : http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/23861924.

The best way is to use JOSM and the revert changeset option. If you are not familiar with JOSM it is best to ask someone to do this for you. It is fairly simple once one is familiar with the process, but lack of familiarity could make things worse.

JOSM is a Java based editor for OpenStreetMap that has a plugin for reverting changesets. If you are not familiar with it please read some of the tutorials (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM/Guide) before trying anything too ambitious.
