May be it's needed many hours to see the changes for all zoom levels? (I can see the changes at low zoom level)

I had to look at the area edit history to see what change you've made to see what might be the problem - the thing that looked most obviously wrong was the imported buildings - but they were done two years ago.

It looks like the question is "why aren't my footpath and road changes rendered immediately" and the most detailed answer to that is this one here.

You'll see that your new road changes render OK.
