How to deal with spam?

1

Hi, I don't know where to address else, thus: Here is an active spammer "contributing" to OSM: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/22984776 (see changeset comment, see node name, see profile).

The changeset has been reversed (https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/22986188), however the user still has his spammy profile.

This is clearly spam in the OSM db. Quite rare but also hard to detect. The case should be reported to the DWG where these guys should be able to ban this user forever.
