Currently the German translation in the personal Menü of OSM looks like this:
The lines do not fit (Meine Nachrichten does not fit), also the wording is strange, those are word to word translations from English. Not always the best idea. I would change it to:

However, maybe also the spacing between the elements should be adjusted (for bigger font sizes which may still collide).
