Hello, I've downloaded the database of Israel and the buildings names are in Gibrish. The unicode is utf-8 and I understood that it's suppose to work, but it's doesn't. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Which file did you download and from where? Can you give an example of raw characters of gibberish in the data?
