Hello, Need display the route stored in the GPX file, but ... I need to GPX file was stored on a local disk (not http ...) or I have a GPX file contents stored in string variables. Is it possible? Thanks Joe

The wiki has a list of track drawing websites, i.e. websites where you can show a GPX track on top of an OSM map.

If you mean "on top of a regular OSM map just to see what it looks like" then I'm not aware of anything at OpenStreetMap that does this, although there are probably 3rd-party sites that do this (not directly connected to OpenStreetMap, but possibly using OSM data).

If you mean "while editing OpenStreetMap" then both the iD and JOSM editors support using local GPX files as part of the editing process.
