Exporting zipcode and latitude and longitude into .csv file?

Hey pretty new here and to osm. I have the north-american-latest.pbf dump and was wondering how I can extract/export all the latitude and longitude points and associated zipcodes/cities? Does the zipcode part even exist? And if so can someone point me in the right direction to getting all them into a .csv file?
