How to handle map points without Postcodes?

Hi! I realize that if I search for a street address like this in Norway: "Kongens gate 74, Kristiansand" I get 2 matches (1 residential and 1 unclassified road) but if I add the correct Postcode as well: "Kongens gate 74, 4608 Kristiansand" I get no matches. Is this a bug or map data that is not complete?
