i, have uploaded few data using JOSM ...The upload was successful but changes were not reflected in the map... Can anyone help please...

This has been asked many times before (please search this website) Possible reasons include

  • the thing you added is never rendered
  • the renderer is still busy
  • your browser has cached the tiles

Assuming that your name here matches your name in OSM, your last changeset was this one. Clicking on the top way in that give this screen. It isn't currently rendering, but it's tagged OK, so will render soon at that zoom level (in fact it probably will by the time that you read this). If I zoom in, I can see that all your other changes are already rendered at the next higher zoom level. Now all you need to do is to survey to get all the names :) .
