Does OpenStreetMap have files that can display Tennessee General Assembly information pertaining to both the Tennessee Senate district maps and the Tennessee House of Representatives maps?

Information such as state House and Senate districts is not normally added directly to OpenStreetMap because it is not a physical feature and cannot be verified by other mappers.

To create a map display, the district information could be displayed on top of OpenStreetMap tiles using a package such as OpenLayers or Leaflet and the official district boundaries obtained from the state of Tennessee.
