Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

Hello, is it okay to redistribute these maps in printed form as part of a business project (intention of profit) when the printed version is market with "openstreetmap.org" somewhere on the map? Thank you!

Have a look at the legal FAQ (and talk to your lawyer if necessary) but the short answer is: Yes you may use the maps from Openstreetmap, as long as you add an appropriate attribution like "map (c) OpenStreetMap and contributors, licensed under CC-BY-SA".

That means that whoever receives your printed map (either buys it, or gets it for free somewhere) is allowed to make copies of it, post it on the Internet, and so on.
