Does this map program support photos. I have and will take street level photos in my area. GPS support for the photos is not an issue.

Mapillary (Provided by facebook)
OSC-OpenStreetCam (Provided by Grab)


These are used to add street level photos. You can create an account and add photos. These photos can be viewed in the ID editor and JOSM.
In ID editor:
Path:-
OSM ID editor login -> Map Data -> Photo Overlays -> Mapillary / OpenStreetCam (enable the feature)

Unsure what you mean by "this map program". See this Wiki page for details on how others use photos to support their mapping. There's also Mapillary, an unrelated commercial street view project that allows their photos to be used for mapping in OSM.
