OSM has keys and tags for the design of a power tower. Are there tags to mark the style or the design of a building for instance, Baroc or Roman, Art Nouveau, Rococo or Islam style as well ? Or do I have to use the same key design=adding the design style as mentioned ?

There is building:architecture=*, which was part of a now-withdrawn proposal for extending building tagging. Although that proposal was withdrawn, since this particular tag does make sense, and has nearly 5000 uses, that would be my recommendation. Wikipedia has a massive list of different architectural styles you might use for values.

Great thanks, I found it today myself as well.
