So you refer to ka-map described at http://ka-map.ominiverdi.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page and http://ka-map.maptools.org/index.phtml?page=home.html ? Unfortunately I cannot find any hint at this FAQ site nor in the OSM wiki.
