Yes you can show an OSM based map within the video without big problems: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Legal_FAQ You might need/want to give attribution (e.g. at the outro) but if it's just a very short sequence with OSM content, you might be ok if you add the notice at the map (or use the logo etc.).
