Hi,

Batam seems to have lost its coastline at certain zoom levels: http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=11/1.0272/104.0426

I checked the data, and the coastline seems to be there, and I know coastlines can be slower to update themselves. Is this just a caching issue, or has it been wrongly changed?

Thanks! Rollo.

Hello,

The island's coast line looks OK, a multipolygon of three sections. It was worked on on 4-4-14 by tomasago, no comments as what changes were made but one section was extensively redrawn, (or at least a complete set of nodes now exist). From previous experience it may take several weeks for the coast to be re-rendered at all zoom levels, maybe a couple of months. Already (as you say) the coast appears in sections as you zoom in.
