Which app? There are many that use OpenStreetMap data. Please give as much detail about your problem as you can, but be aware you may be asked to use your app's official support channel. This Q&A site is for the OpenStreetMap project.

MapFactor's Navigator for Android. This app seems to do whatits supposed to do--except to show the maps uunder the point of departure and arrival etc. You get it.

Please consider to ask in the forum of mapFactor Navigator free webpsite ... your problem does not seem to be a typical error where we can give a short answer.

MapFactor is a commercial product. The OSM community is neither responsible for developing the app, nor for creating MapFactor maps. There isn't much left for us to help you.
