I tried adding sections to the discussion on their wiki page, and also a bullet to the wishlist section. I did not see a section/page/tool that's specifically designated for bugs.

It looks as though your addition to the wishlist section on the wiki was only made a few hours ago. You might only have to wait a few days to see if you get a response.

In addition, the OSM Inspector page on the wiki suggests that you post questions and comments about OSM Inspector to talk@, if you don't wish to join the OSM Inspector mailing list

But really, "just give it a few days" is probably enough to get an answer if you have made a detailed bug report.

I reported bugs directly via mail to Geofabrik, they then forwarded me to the maintainer of the routing tool, and it got fixed within a week or so.
