Looks like boundary relations used to be missing in Hong Kong. A helpful mapper already has added the Eastern and Southern district as city boundaries, which normally fix the problem. But the areas were too large to be picked up by Nominatim automatically. Updated manually now. answered 12 Mar '14, 13:25  lonvia |
