scrolling map bug

ha, i worte an webscript with openlayers/openstreetmap maps and it works fine on standard PC browsers. everything works ok on my tab (android) too, except scroling the map ia fingertips to reight, left, up, down. is it a common openstreetmap problem/bug? i hope someone can help me. regards rene
