What is the best way to handle indian nations and their lands that properly reflect their differing administrative statuses? For example, the Creek and Cherokee Nations in Oklahoma are more or less sovereign entities from the US by treaty, but the Osage Nation is on a reservation. These boundaries are rather important in areas like Tulsa, which is split three ways between the Osage Nation, Cherokee Nation and Creek Nation. |

boundary=aboriginal_lands is now the official solution (finally decided in December 2018). The following also works and renders, and is a bit more precise when dealing with tribal jurisdiction areas versus reservations in the US. boundary=protected_area protect_class=24 protection_title=description of protection
