Add tools to what ? OSM is supported and used by many different projects.
sorry But howan got it? Example i want to draw a polygon on around of bulding & calc perimeter, area ...
Wouldn't you import what you wanted into the GIS tool of your choice to do that? OSM's really just a big pile of data.
