If you got it from https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Europe/EuroVelo then it wont help you at all. Those xml files only show some osm tags and relation numbers. On http://cycling.waymarkedtrails.org you can download gpx tracks but the longer the route, the more fragmented and unsorted those tracks are, and of limited use for your Garmin. answered 29 Jan '14, 21:32  ligfietser |
Perhaps you could explain what the "Eurovelo xml" files are and where you downloaded them from? There may be people familiar with Garmin cycle GPSs (of which I'm not one) that might not know.
