Hi Kenji! Warning, well-meant sarcasm: It is likely wrong that posted it here (you should not publish anything that is a token or a key - unless you know that it is a "public key"). It is also wrong that you did not write why you assume something could be wrong (what did not work? what were you doing?). It is maybe also wrong that you asked this likely highly specific question on this help site but not in another contact channel (e.g. chat or forum).

Oh, yes, of course something else is wrong: that likely some part of our documentation is not understandable/accessible/findable or that some software has a bug.

So, since you are already writing here: please clarify what your problem is. We will try to help you. And last but not least: welcome to OSM! :-)
