How can I search GPS track(s) using more than one tag, possibly with logical operators? Right now it seems I can only put one tag at the end of the followinf address: http://www.openstreetmap.org/traces/tag/

This was asked recently on the mailing list. At that time, Shaun McDonald said:

It is possible, but not using OSM functionality.

You can use Google search for that. Just add site: condition to your query:

site:www.openstreetmap.org/traces France Morbihan
