How do you tag a phytosanitary or zoo-phytosanitary checkpoint like they exist e.g. in some areas of Argentina, Chile or Brasil between provinces or countries?

Here is a newspaper article (in Spanish) on one of these checkpoints with a nice photo: http://www.labrujula24.com/noticias/lbn/20130517/1368801207.html

Hi what about man-made=checkpoint combined an old one with checkpoint=phytosanitary ? Just to clear what’s all about.

It would be man_made.

What do you think of some sort of barrier tag?

E.g. barrier=checkpoint with checkpoint=phytosanitary?

Or barrier=phytosanitary_checkpoint?
