How I remove the Layer and Marker?

I want to remove the Layer and Marker, when I button click.

It's not clear which third-party map toolkit you are using, other than that it's written in Java.

You would be better off asking for support based on the map toolkit that you are using - it might have a forum or mailing list or similar, or you could ask on stackoverflow.com or gis.stackexchange.com.

Your question is not specific to OpenStreetMap so there might not be anyone here who can help.
