Hi there! I'm trying to download data from 6th of november for the area of Tacloban city and Palo. How could I possibly do so? Thank you so much

One way would be to download the 6th November full planet file from http://planet.osm.org/planet/2013/ and extract the area you want using a suitable tool (Osmosis, perhaps).

The raw directory index at Geofabrik shows a 1st November dataset. http://download.geofabrik.de/asia/philippines.html# If you need it to be the 6th you could apply changesets to that, which might be a much smaller download. If the 1st is close enough for your purposes it will be the best source, probably. You might still need to extract your area of interest from the Phillipines dataset though.
