Hello,

We are in a design phase of developing a B2B, web-based service to help our customers monitor competitors. We are considering OSM as the primary source of geographical data (another option is Google Map for Enterprises). Main use cases of geodata are:

  1. We will geocode some portion of records (once) to compute and store large distance matrices, that will be used than with our internal data to produce advanced marketing analytical dashboards (on daily basis). Our data is not related to any "geographical" topics.
  2. We would like to present location of particular objects (ie ATM machine) on a map, as additional feature besides the dashboards.

Website access is authorized only to our customers.

I wonder if this is compliant with OSM licensing rules and where are possible legal issues that we should consider.

Best regards, B.
