Can any one tell me how to show only West Bengal in OpenStreetMap, and how to dragabble=false in OpenStreetMap and how to zoom=false in OpenStreetMap?

From where do you got "zoom=false" and "dragabble=false"? What is "in OpenStreetMap" for you? What is your use case? What is "show only"? Is it enough to centre a viewport rectangle over West Bengal or but other countries around be cut off? Please describe that more.

1)How do I Implement the property dragabble on to openstreet map? 2)How do I Implement the property adjustzoom on to openstreet map?

Hmm, we cannot help you if you are that unspecific. Maybe it helps if you write (in addition) in your native language.

Are you trying to show a simple image of West Bengal, without any map controls on it?

Are the functions you're talking about part of Google Maps?

Search "static map" on this help site or on the wiki.

@Tanmoy Ghosh Are you using OpenStreetMap as a layer in any application? To restrict the extent of the mapview, just see whether you need similar kind of facility. URL: http://bhuvan-noeda.nrsc.gov.in/projects/forest/hpfd.php Here you may see that map can not be dragged other than certain area (say Himachal Pradesh).
