[closed] Questions regarding the epoch , velocity grid and future observations of ITRF

Q1)If ITRF 2005 or 2008 , was used at present and a few years later the latest realization of that time is used , what would the difference be ?

Q2)The epoch mentioned in ITRF , does it concern the epoch of the ITRF system or that of the observations ?

Q3)How is the velocity grid of ITRF useful to us ?

it isn't directly related to Open Street Map . However I've been trying to finding explanations for these questions on all relevant forums. It would be great if someone could share information about this .
