OpenStreetMap data comes under ODbL 1.0 license. Links to, and details about, this can be found in our Legal FAQ. The likely short answer to your question is: All of the ODbL's provisions are only triggered if you "publicly use" our data or something derived from it; so even though your use case would not be restricted by the ODbL's provisions, they don't even apply for "internal use only". answered 17 Nov '13, 11:57  Frederik Ramm ♦ |
