Can we map as citizens and users of our cities physical obstacles, preventing access to buildings and places by disabled people? What do you think about this project...?

What do you mean by 'physical obstacles' ? permanent obstables or temporary obstacles list cars parking on sidewalks, bikes attached to a barrier, etc ?

Not only for enter a building (as we can see on wheelmap.org) but also to use public space (steps, edges, permanent obstacles)... What do you think about it?
