Hey,

I try to import a track (gpx) file from OSMTracker in ArcMap so with the Pictures and the tracks.

Do you know how you can do that?

What is the relation to OpenStreetMap? Are you using it to edit/contribute to OSM data? At least if otherwise, I guess your question would better be in ArcGIS forums/help. Please just comment or add to your question.

I try using it for postprossesing with postgis and than afterwords i wan#t to uploade it to OSM

OpenStreetMap doesn't take photographs. OpenSreetView, an initiative related OSM is the only place photos can be uploaded.

@logrady: photos are often used as described for photo mapping.
