I found and reported some strange errors in the underlying topographical layer (visible as contour lines in cycle map). reports can be found here, here and a lot around there.

how can i correct those or where do i have to report errors on these height data? thanks in advance

Elevation data is largely gathered from the NASA SRTM project (yes, that NASA), not from survey. It is not held by OpenStreetMap, and OpenStreetMap has no way to correct it.

If you wish to raise a systemic problem with the OpenCycleMap rendering, you can do so at trac.openstreetmap.org, making sure to select the correct 'component'. Use your OpenStreetMap username and password to log in.

That said, it's well known that there are "voids" (holes) in the SRTM data - it's just a limitation you have for getting a lovely free source of elevation data from the Space Shuttle guys.
