How to tag decomissioned and dismantled communication mast?

0

How to tag communication mast, that has been dismantled. This communication mast is relevant for the history of the region, it has even its own wikipedia page.

The easiest way would be to remove it from the map, but because of its historical relevance I would prefer to leave it on the map with proper tags.

In this case it was MF Mast (130m), was not used for quite a while, the mast has been dismantled (on 2013.11.05). I have no idea what will happen with base construction.

I would remove the mast but add a polygon of the area and call it The old "name" site. So when the site gets redeveloped and construction traffic wish to find it a search reveals where it was. After a while when it as has a new use and name they should replace the old name.

Hi are the transceivers removed ? Is the object (mast) still standing ? Is the foundation present and not demolished ? Consider adding these tags, man_made=tower, tower:disused=transceiver / GSM station, material=wood/steel and tag the foundation building=yes, material=concrete. If the tower is no longer present, foundation:dismantled=GSM tower. We / OSM are tagging what is there, even an underground / covered (pipe) / lines are added.

Thanks, if Im right the mast is gone correct ? We / OSM are tagging what is there, even underground / covered (pipe) / lines are drawn onto the systems database. So theres just a foundation, tag it like it is now.
