Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

with potlatch2 it is possible to show own tracks or all tracks in an area. In ideditor I only found a way to show all tracks which is sometimes to much.

You can show any specific track you've made by dragging & dropping the GPX file onto your browser window.

Yes I can. But after downloading my traces to http://www.openstreetmap.org/traces I deleted my local copies. And I don't want to download the tracks back.

Okay, so at the time being it's not possible for you to see only your local tracks without downloading them.
