nominatim error import "Out of memory for node cache dense index"

this error with importn dataosm into nominatim; this details of error:

nominatim instalen a virtual machine with Ubuntu server a 1GB, the osm is a data of a city with ~70MB. 1Gb is a minimal specifications with a nominatim install wiki, this osm it's works in a other local machine...
