These specific areas are former military airfields and where blurred accordingly. They were sold to the public and the blurry should be removed. How long does it take to change the Bing aerial photographs and who is responsible ?

You may follow the advice which was given for cloudy images since the unblurring also would require Microsoft's action.

Thanks for the help full and positive reactions. Blur is compared to a cloud a deliberate process.

Of course it is deliberate but unfortunately that doesn't make it possible for us to unblur it. Contacting Microsoft is the only option here.
